1. Transit Visa for foreigners wishing to enter the Kingdom to transit through the Kingdom, play sports, or act as a vehicle operator or crew member at a port, station, or area within the Kingdom. The stay period is not more than 30 days per visit.
2. Tourist Visa for foreigners wishing to enter the Kingdom for tourism purposes. The stay period is 60 days per visit.
3. Non-Immigrant Visa for foreigners wishing to enter the Kingdom for official duties, business contacts, education, study tours, and training, etc. The stay period is not more than 90 days per visit.
4. Diplomatic Visa for foreigners wishing to enter the Kingdom Limited to applying for a visa to perform diplomatic or consular duties or official duties. The period of stay is not more than 90 days at a time.
5. Official Visa For foreigners who wish to travel into the country. Limited to applying for a visa to perform official duties. The applicant must hold an official passport or a United Nations passport. The period of stay is not more than 90 days at a time.
6. Courtesy Visa For foreigners who wish to travel into the country. Limited to applying for a visa for purposes other than entering to be stationed in the Kingdom, to perform diplomatic or consular duties or official duties. The period of stay is not more than 90 days at a time.
7. Long-term Temporary Residence Visa For foreigners aged 50 and over, coming for vacation, with a period of stay of 1 year. From what has been read, it can be seen that Thailand has 7 main types of visas. However, there are exceptions for some nationalities. You can travel to Thailand without a visa if you are in a country that is exempt from visa requirements for tourism or has a visa exemption agreement with Thailand.
